Join the Dallas Ski Club for our annual Aspen Ski trip!  We'll be staying at The Gant again this year.  What better way to welcome the month than with a visit to our favorite annual party place in this extraordinary winter home of the rich & famous!  Whether you are a beginner, a dedicated blue cruiser, a double-black rated Perro Grande, a racer going for those next level medals and trophies, or an après-ski lover at Little Nell dancing all night, you are sure to have a great time!


Lodging:
The Gant - in downtown Aspen located at the base of Aspen Mountain. The Gant provides easy access to world class skiing and historic downtown Aspen, along with their signature Gant Van Service for on-demand in town transportation.


DSC annual Club Ski Races will be held on the Snowmass NASTAR course on Thursday, February 9th, with our Club picnic after the Races at the Spider Sabich Picnic Area!  Awards Banquet on Friday night where our new DSC Ski Club Champions will be named!


Prices:
$1,690 - Full Trip, per person, double occupancy. 
Price includes:  Air to Denver airport, Bus to Aspen, condos at The Gant, lots of Parties, Pre-Trip Party in Dallas, Welcome Party in Aspen, Lunch/Party on the Mountain, Picnic on the Mountain after our Club Races, Awards Dinner & Party, surprise Parties during the week, great Skiing and Racing with your DSC friends!

$1,960 - Optional Full Trip with non-stop flight into Aspen airport on American Airlines, per person, double occupancy FULL

$1,290 - Land Only, per person, double occupancy, No Air, No shuttle from Denver  

$200 - $250* - Shuttle from Denver airport to Aspen.
*Price is subject to change and will depend on number of riders.  This is only needed if you choose Land Only and you will need to meet our group in the Denver airport by 9:30 am on 2/4/2023.

Aspen DSC Ski Trip - Please make sure the Trip Leader gets your completed and signed DSC Trip Application, as well as your Frequent Flyer # for United, Southwest or American Airlines AAdvantage #. Please let the Trip Leader know if you have any food restrictions or special needs.
Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made after deposit paid and prior to the first scheduled payment due date will result in a $50 administrative cancellation fee.

Any cancellation made after the first scheduled payment due date will result in the loss of all moneys paid UNLESS: 1) a wait list exists, and a “gender specific” replacement can accommodate the cancellation; 2) a wait list does not exist, and the canceling party can provide an appropriate “gender specific” replacement; or 3) the trip leader receives and signs up a “gender specific” participant to replace the canceled participant after having received his/her notice to cancel. If a replacement is obtained, an administrative cancellation fee of $100 AND the cost of an “airline ticket name change” (if one required) will be deducted from any refund to the canceled participant. When a wait list is in effect, substitutions of one’s own reservation is prohibited.

Note: The afore stated policy remains in effect when a cancellation is made as a result of a medical or family death situation which prohibits the attendance of the trip participant. Trip participants are encouraged to subscribe to a Trip Cancellation Insurance to ensure reimbursement for such situations. Reimbursement for such cancellation is between the Insurance Company and the insured and not the DSC. Work related cancellations are not generally accommodated by Trip Cancellation Insurance.
