Last year, the Club went to Cabo for 5 nights - everyone wanted to stay longer.  So this year, we'll be staying for a whole week!

Cabo overview

 We'll be staying in 2 Bedroom/3 Bath Deluxe Villas!  2,000+ sq. ft. Villas with full kitchen, large dining area, spacious living room and a huge terrace. 
The Master bedroom has a King bed, jetted tub, separate shower, dressing table and double sinks.  The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a full bath.  There's also a third bath with a shower adjacent to the living area. 
The large furnished terrace includes a wet bar and grill.  Each villa also has a washer/dryer.

 Get away from it all, in this Mexican Paradise luxury resort located on Medano Beach, which is walking distance to downtown and the Marina!  Relax and marvel, in the wonderful views of the ocean and Land's End.  Located on Medano Beach, the primary swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas, Villa La Estancia has all of the services of a five-star luxury resort, including 24 hour front desk services, a Concierge to arrange activities, make restaurant reservations, secure transportation, and take care of all of your needs while visiting the Los Cabos area.

  The three pools feature lovely fountains and a swim up bar!  Enjoy the five ocean view hot tubs, executive fitness center, and European spa, with in-Villa massage available. There are two private tennis courts. The poolside restaurant offers outstanding meals.  Enjoy your drinks and snacks by the pool or on the beach. 


La Casona is a fine dining gourmet restaurant that offers outstanding dinners featuring wonderful cuisine and relaxing music. Room service is also available. All water at the resort is conditioned with it's own purification system for your convenience and safety. 

Villa Resorts Cabo

  All Villa La Estancia paying guests have restaurant and bar privileges at Villa del Palmar and Villa Del Arco, five-star time-share resorts located next door. Villa del Palmar offers a wide range of recreational activities and two excellent restaurants. Villa Del Arco offers fine dining with superb ocean views.


A mini-mall with supermarket, deli, and craft shops are located on-site to serve all the Villa resorts.

Welcome Dinner Party - $45 (your cost)
The Club is contributing to this Welcome Mexican Dinner on Saturday night!  Your cost is only $45!  This includes the dinner and gratuity for the dinner.  Drinks are on your own.

Snorkeling & Lunch Cruise - $75
Tuesday late morning, join us on a luxurious 144' triple deck catamaran, as we cruise from the marina along the coast to Chileno Bay, an exquisite underwater paradise located 45 minutes from Cabo.  Let yourself go in the amazing submarine life of this live natural reef, let the relaxing breeze and sweeping underwater wonders of the Sea of Cortez carry you away.  Snorkeling mask & fins are included.  Subject to availability, we may also have access to kayaks and paddle boards.  Lunch includes Teriyaki Chicken, Rice, Vegetables, Fruit, Cookies & Beverages - Open Bar & Music!  Price includes 15% gratuity and all fees for dock access & services.

Premier Sunset Dinner & Show Cruise - $120
Wednesday evening, enjoy an upscale dinner (your choice of 10 entrees), live music, limitless cocktails, and amazing views from the upper deck of a luxurious 144' triple deck catamaran as it follows its route along the tip of the Baja!  Dinner will be in the closed air-conditioned dining room where we'll sit back and enjoy an exciting Mexican & Argentinean show to top off an enchanted evening!
Premium dinner includes salad, dessert and your choice of one of these delectable entrees.  Give your dinner choice to Marlene.

Parties!

We plan to have a pre-trip get together in Dallas before the trip as well as parties while we're in Cabo.  Lots of activities will be planned, which you can choose to participate or plan your own.  There are many options available, such as Zip Lining, Swim with the Dolphins, Jet Ski or Kayak rentals, Paddle boarding, Snorkeling, Sunset Cruise, Tennis or Pickleball, Golf, Deep Sea Fishing and much more!

COVID Restrictions - at this time - subject to change:
US citizens & legal permanent residents (LPRs) who are not fully vaccinated, will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test one (1) day before your flight's departure.
US citizens & LPRs who are fully vaccinated will need to present proof of vaccination and of a negative COVID-19 test three (3) days before your flight
Our resort offers a COVID test in their pharmacy, so if this restriction is still in place in October, we will easily be able to comply.

Trip Insurance is highly encouraged.  Check out travelguard.com or the carrier of your choice.  You can also find options at  travelinsurance.com.
If you get it right after you book your trip, you will be able to 'cancel for any reason'.  Don't delay.
This is especially important in case a hurricane interrupts our trip!

To complete your registration, you will need to complete and sign the Trip Application and the COVID Waiver. And we will also need a copy of your Passport. You will find the Trip Application & the COVID Wavier here on our website, under the Trips tab or you can click the link above next to 'Additional Info'. Print, complete, sign it and return by mail orvant email to Marlene or Lynn. You can also take a picture of the completed and signed Trip Application & COVID Waiver as well as your passport - then email or text them it to Marlene or Lynn. If you are on the Full trip, we'll also need your American Airlines AAdvantage #. Thanks!
Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made after deposit paid and prior to the first scheduled payment due date will result in a $50 administrative cancellation fee.

Any cancellation made after the first scheduled payment due date will result in the loss of all moneys paid UNLESS: 1) a wait list exists, and a “gender specific” replacement can accommodate the cancellation; 2) a wait list does not exist, and the canceling party can provide an appropriate “gender specific” replacement; or 3) the trip leader receives and signs up a “gender specific” participant to replace the canceled participant after having received his/her notice to cancel. If a replacement is obtained, an administrative cancellation fee of $100 AND the cost of an “airline ticket name change” (if one required) will be deducted from any refund to the canceled participant. When a wait list is in effect, substitutions of one’s own reservation is prohibited.

Note: The afore stated policy remains in effect when a cancellation is made as a result of a medical or family death situation which prohibits the attendance of the trip participant. Trip participants are encouraged to subscribe to a Trip Cancellation Insurance to ensure reimbursement for such situations. Reimbursement for such cancellation is between the Insurance Company and the insured and not the DSC. Work related cancellations are not generally accommodated by Trip Cancellation Insurance.
